The business world has changed dramatically from the days when there was a clear path to success, open a store, stock the shelves with X, Y, and Z and then invite the neighborhood to come in and buy your products. Those days are gone, people have choices, there's more than just the big box stores, there's also the Internet. Do you consider Amazon a big box store or are they and e-commerce site, or more likely a big box e-commerce site.
